What we do
International Training
JICE carries out international training programs that are based on a thorough on-site approach to share Japan's knowledge and experience in overcoming various challenges. At training sites, JICE coordinators conduct everything from interpretation to facilitation in the respective languages.
Human Resource Development
JICE provides management support for international training programs in diverse sectors in response to the complex global challenges. We provide various services to meet the needs and requests of our clients such as planning of training content, overall progress management, interpretation, accompanying participants during training, and facilitation to deepen participants' understanding. In recent years, we have been providing not only inbound training but also online training using online tools. In order to utilize Japanese technology and experience to solve issues in the participants' countries, we implement training programs that cater to the participants' needs to the fullest extent and support them in achieving their respective goals.
Contents of the International Training Service
JICE undertakes a full range of tasks needed to organize successful training programs such as planning, progress management, interpretation, course facilitation, etc. These services are fully customized according to the needs and requests of the clients and partners. For example, if the contents of the training program have already been decided, we can offer only operational support such as flight/hotel reservations or interpretation services.
