Development of Public Employee’s Personnel Evaluation

Outline and Feature of the Program

Target participants are over middle class personnel in charge of personnel management of public employees in foreign countries including Asia and Arab.

Participants will personnel evaluation of Japanese public employees through lectures, case studies, discussion and field visits.

Goal

  1. To gain the points of public employees’ personnel evaluation in Japan
  2. To understand the points of personnel management of central government in Japan as well as participant’s organization
  3. To exchange ideas and strengthen own abilities in personnel evaluation
